Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 26, 2007 the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (the "Bank") approved a cash dividend of 4.25 percent per annum for the three month period that ended February 28, 2007. A copy of the dividend announcement sent to members is attached to this report.
