Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 31, 2007 the Federal Housing Finance Board, regulator of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (the "Bank"), reappointed Johnny A. Danos, Gerald D. Eid, and David R. Frauenshuh to the Bank's Board of Directors for three-year terms beginning on January 1, 2008. A copy of the related news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
