Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines ("Bank") hosted a member conference call on Tuesday, March 23 to discuss its fourth quarter and year-end 2009 financial results as reported in the Bank's annual report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 18, 2010. An audio webcast of the conference call will be made available on the Bank’s website at www.fhlbdm.com. The webcast will be archived on the Bank’s website for 30 days.
