Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 13, 2013, Edward J. McGreen, Executive Vice President and Chief Capital Markets Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (the “Bank”), tendered his resignation from the Bank in order to accept the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of HomeServices Mortgage. Mr. McGreen’s resignation was accepted by the Bank’s board of directors effective December 13, 2013.
