Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 29, 2012, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka (FHLBank) sent a message to its members announcing the declaration of a dividend for the quarter ending March 31, 2012. A copy of the message is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
