On July 8, 2015, Thomas E. Henning advised the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka (FHLBank) that he would not run for re-election to the FHLBank’s Board of Directors. Mr. Henning’s term as a director of FHLBank will expire on December 31, 2015.
