Subject to the reporting person's continuing to be a Service Provider (as defined in the Amended and Restated 2015 Equity Incentive Plan) through each applicable vesting date, 57,199 of the RSUs subject to the award shall vest on September 1, 2023 and 57,200 of the RSUs subject to the award shall vest on January 31, 2024.
