The date of WebMD’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been changed to Thursday, June 1, 2017 (from the previously announced date of June 7, 2017). The 2017 Annual Meeting will be held at the W NEW YORK – Union Square, 201 Park Avenue South, New York, New York 10003. The record date for determining the stockholders entitled to vote at the 2017 Annual Meeting is the close of business on April 12, 2017.
