ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
In connection with Zoo Entertainment, Inc.’s (the “Company”) previously announced entry into an agreement with the holders of the Company’s Senior Secured Convertible Notes, in the aggregate principal amount of $11,150,000 (the “Notes”), to automatically convert the Notes into shares of the Company’s common stock upon the occurrence of certain events, and in connection with anticipated Company presentations, the Company has posted certain materials on its website, including an overview of the Company’s current financial information and anticipated revenue.
