On March 2, 2009, 155 East Tropicana, LLC submitted a request to borrow the remaining $1.8 million available under its $15 million senior secured credit facility with Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc, dated March 29, 2005, as amended. The borrowing request was fully funded on March 3, 2009. The funds from such borrowing will be used for general corporate purposes.
