155 EAST TROPICANA RECEIVES LIQUOR LICENSE
Las Vegas, NV – October 25, 2005 – 155 East Tropicana, LLC (the “Company”) today announced that it has received approval to conduct gaming and liquor activities from the Clark County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board, which limited the licenses to a period of four months to allow for the completion of the standard licensing investigation. After which, full licensing is anticipated.
On November 1, 2005, 155 East Tropicana will take over the casino and hotel operations from Eastern & Western Hotel Corporation. The hotel and casino will continue to operate under the Hotel San Remo Casino and Resort name until the renovation and construction are complete. The Company expects to celebrate the grand opening of the Hooter’s Casino Hotel in February 2006.

155 East Tropicana, LLC owns the Hotel San Remo Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, which the company has begun to renovate and re-brand as Hooters Casino Hotel.
