(b) On July 23, 2019, Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the “FHLB”) Ohio Member Director Mark N. DuHamel informed the FHLB that as a result of his retirement from Huntington National Bank, he resigned as a Member Director, effective close of business on July 22, 2019. The vacancy will be filled in accordance with the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the FHLB’s Bylaws.
