Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects annual equity grant of restricted stock units that vest on the date of the Issuer's annual meeting of stockholders in 2022.

2. The total of 21,219 shares correctly reflects the shares held by Mr. McAleenan. The number of shares reported as beneficially owned by Mr. McAleenan on the Form 4 filed on October 5, 2020, did not include 2,000 shares previously purchased by Mr. McAleenan that was previously reported on the Form 4 filed on October 1, 2018, which resulted in an understatement of his beneficial holdings by 2,000 shares.
