Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 9, 2009, Shengkai Innovations, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), made a presentation to various institutional investors. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
