Item 8.01: Other Events
November 15, 2007 – Vestin Realty Mortgage II, Inc. announced that on November 15, 2007, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per common share for the month of November 2007, payable on December 28, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2007. In addition, the Board of Directors approved a 1-for-2.6 reverse stock split to the company’s common shareholders of record on December 31, 2007. A copy of the press release regarding this dividend and reverse stock split is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
