Announces Election of Board of Directors
Las Vegas – June 13, 2008 – Vestin Realty Mortgage II, Inc. (Nasdaq:VRTB) a real estate investment trust (the “Company”) announced that on June 11, 2008, at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, our stockholders re-elected John E. Dawson and Roland M. Sansone to the Board of Directors for a three year term, that expires at our 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The stockholders also ratified the appointment of Moore Stephens Wurth Frazer and Torbet, LLP as our independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008.
