Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 1,555 restricted stock units (RSUs) from an original grant with a grant date of 6/18/2024, each of which entitle the Reporting Person to receive one share of Class A Common Stock upon settlement, which will vest 100% on 5/5/2025. All grants are subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with Workday on the applicable vesting date.

2. The Reporting Person shares pecuniary interest in these shares with other parties pursuant to contractual relationships. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership in these shares except as to the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest in these shares.
