| (b) | Tom Lovlien, President of Boise Cascade Company’s Wood Products Division and a Named Executive Officer, has announced his retirement effective June 30, 2014. The Company anticipates making a formal announcement regarding the leadership structure in its Wood Products business following the Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled for May 8, 2014. (Please see attached press release). |
