On June 12, 2007, Bronco Drilling Company, Inc. announced its plan to provide a monthly operational press release and rig status report to certain of its existing and prospective customers, existing and prospective employees, stockholders and others. The full text of the press release and rig status report for the month of May 2007 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
