On July 14, 2008, H. David Overbeeke has been appointed as President, Global Brake & Chassis Group of Affinia Group Inc. and has resigned his position on the Board of Directors of Affinia Group Intermediate Holdings Inc. On July 15, 2008, Affinia issued a press release regarding the appointment, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
