Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2008, Techprecision Corporation (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2008 and certain other information. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results and certain other information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 7.01 Regulation F-D Disclosure
On August 13, 2008, the Company announced that it will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 15, 2008 to discuss the financial results for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
