TechPrecision Corporation Schedules Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Westminster, MA July 18, 2018 --TechPrecision Corporation (OTCQB: TPCS) (“TechPrecision” or “the Company”), an industry leading manufacturer of precision, large-scale fabricated and machined metal components and tested systems with customers in the defense, energy and precision industrial sectors, today announced it plans to hold the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of TechPrecision Corporation on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Circle Hotel Fairfield, 417 Post Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824.
The Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement describing the business to be conducted at the annual meeting will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission after our Board of Directors has had the opportunity to review any stockholder proposals it may receive.
