On February 26, 2009, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York ("FHLBNY") issued a President’s Report which included certain information about financial results for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2008. The President’s Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 26, 2009, the FHLBNY issued a President’s Report which included an announcement of a supplemental dividend declaration by the FHLBNY’s Board of Directors for the quarter ended December 31, 2008. The President’s Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
