On April 24, 2009, Greenville Federal Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing the Corporation’s financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009. On April 24, 2009, the Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock to be paid on May 15, 2009, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2009.
