The Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (“Bank”) has been informed by Michael Rizzo, Chief Risk Officer (“CRO”) (a named executive officer of the Bank in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 8, 2023), that he will be retiring from the Bank on December 31, 2023.
