Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 1, 2022, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) is holding a conference call for members to discuss its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. A financial slide presentation, including unaudited preliminary financial information for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022, is being presented during the call and will be provided on the Bank’s website in advance. A copy of this slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A transcript of the call will be posted to the Bank’s public website (www.fhlb-pgh.com) and remain posted for 45 days.
