Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 22, 2006, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the "Bank") announced that the Bank’s Board of Directors, at its regularly scheduled meeting on that date, approved a dividend for the three months ended August 2006. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the Bank’s letter to stockholders.
