Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 20, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") approved the promotion of the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer, Kristina K. Williams, to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective as of August 1, 2010. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Ms. Williams has assumed additional responsibilities and her base salary has been adjusted to $345,000 per year, on a pro-rated basis.

Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the Bank’s notice to members announcing the promotion of Ms. Williams.
