Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") Independent Director Brian A. Hudson has informed the Bank that as a result of plans to join the board of directors of a Bank member, he is resigning as an Independent Director of the Bank effective April 24, 2017. Under the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency ("Finance Agency"), the Bank’s Board of Directors is required to select a replacement Independent Director meeting the applicable requirements of Finance Agency regulation 12 C.F.R Part 1261 for the remainder of Mr. Hudson’s term which expires on December 31, 2020.
