On June 29, 2007, James Evans resigned as the Executive Vice President, Partners Program of CBRE Realty Finance, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately, to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Evans has been with the Company since its inception in May 2005 and was primarily responsible for sourcing the Company’s joint venture investments. The Company has no plans to fill the vacant Executive Vice President, Partners Program position.
