1. This filing relates to the occurrence of a RSU vesting event.

2. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's Class A Common Stock.

3. On May 31, 2018, the Reporting Person was granted 25,450 Restricted Stock Units. The restricted stock units will vest in 48 monthly installments beginning on February 27, 2018 and will expire on May 31, 2025.

4. On June 18, 2019, the Reporting Person was granted 4,772 Restricted Stock Units. The restricted stock units will vest in 36 monthly installments beginning on February 27, 2019 and will expire on June 17, 2026.

5. On November 20, 2019, the Reporting Person was granted 909 Restricted Stock Units. The restricted stock units will vest in 27 monthly installments beginning on December 1, 2019 and will expire on November 19, 2026.
