Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 30, 2007, the Federal Housing Finance Board, regulator of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (the Bank), reappointed Patrick E. Clancy to the Bank’s board of directors. Mr. Clancy’s current term will expire on December 31, 2007, and the new term will commence on January 1, 2008, and end on December 31, 2010.
Mr. Clancy is president and chief executive officer of The Community Builders, a Boston-based nonprofit corporation.
