Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 22, 2022, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (the “Bank”) filed a current report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”) to report that member director Richard E. Wyman, Jr., would retire from his position on the Bank’s Board of Directors effective December 31, 2022, and he would not seek renomination for a second term.
On November 17, 2022, Mr. Wyman notified the Bank that he retired from his positions as president and director of Meredith Village Savings Bank effective October 31, 2022, and, as a result, Mr. Wyman is no longer eligible to serve as a member director representing the State of New Hampshire effective immediately.
