SEOUL, South Korea, March 11, 2009 — Pixelplus Co., Ltd. (Other OTC: PXPLY.PK), a fabless semiconductor company in Korea that designs, develops, and markets CMOS image sensors for various consumer electronics applications, today announced that MagnaChip Semiconductor (“MagnaChip”) completely withdrew its appeals on the disputed process patents in Korean Patent Court.
