Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis announced its intention to repurchase up to $250,000,000 par value of excess stock held by shareholders as of September 30, 2010.  Letters to affected shareholders were issued on October 28, 2010.  The Bank also issued a press release concerning the announcement on that date.  The stock purchase will occur on November 18, 2010, provided that such repurchase meets all of the terms and conditions of the Bank’s Capital Plan as of the date of the repurchase.
