Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 7, 2012, Darryl D. Swinton notified the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (the "Bank") of his decision to resign from the Bank’s Board of Directors. In connection with his resignation, Mr. Swinton did not express any disagreement on any matter relating to the Bank’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Swinton had served as an independent director since January 1, 2011. His resignation was effective June 7, 2012.
