Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K that was filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas on June 29, 2012 (the “Original Report”). Due to a technical error, the Original Report contained an incorrect version of Exhibit 99.1 and reflected an incorrect date of June 19, 2012. The Original Report is hereby amended to reflect a date of June 25, 2012 and Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto supersedes and replaces Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Report in its entirety. Except for the foregoing, all other information remains the same as provided in the Original Report.
