On May 13, 2014, Michael Sims resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (the "Bank"). Mr. Sims’ resignation was effective immediately. The terms relating to Mr. Sims’ resignation from the Bank are being finalized and will be disclosed by the Bank when available in a subsequent filing.
