Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 24, 2024, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (“Bank”) appointed Brett F. Seybold, a current member director representing the state of Texas, to serve on its Government and External Affairs Committee. The Board committees on which each of the Bank's directors serve are disclosed in Item 10 of the Bank’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 21, 2024. No other changes have been made to the composition of the Board’s committees as presented in that report.
