On May 28, 2008, Pet DRx Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC had approved the listings of the Company’s securities on The NASDAQ Capital Market and that the Company anticipates that its common stock, warrants and units will commence trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market on May 29, 2008 under the symbols “VETS”, “VETSW” and “VETSU” respectively. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
