On January 11, 2006, Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its 2005 highlights for the year ended January 1, 2006. The full text of the January 11, 2006 press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Current Report on form 8-K. Also, on January 11, 2006, the Company will deliver a presentation at the SG Cowen & CO. 4th Annual Consumer Conference in New York. A copy of the slides that will be used in the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
