DALLAS-- (BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2006--Mosaic Nutraceuticals Corp. (Pink Sheets:MCNJ - News) announced today that it filed a breach of contract suit against a third-party manufacturer for failure to deliver Mosaic VitalHealth products on time and to specifications after over six months of delays.
The company is in discussion with two qualified manufacturers and expects production to be back on track quickly. Charles Townsend, President and Chief Executive Officer said, “We regret that this action became necessary but believe that this change is in the long-term best interest of the company and the VitalHealth product line."
The company is also changing to a more stable website platform to support product ordering online and company information. There will be a period of a week or so that the site will be inactive.
