On June 30, 2016, Dr. Ulf Schneider resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA (“Fresenius SE”), Chairman of the Management Board of Fresenius Management SE “Management SE”) and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fresenius Medical Care Management AG (“Management AG”) as well as his various other board positions within the Fresenius SE group.  On June 30, 2016, Mr. Stephan Sturm assumed the roles of Chief Executive Officer of Fresenius SE, Chairman of the Board of Management SE and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Management AG.
