Change in Company Name and Symbol
On September 2, 2009, the Company, Bovern Diognostics, Inc., continuing with its plan to move away from the business of cancer detection technologies and into the arrangement with STB Telemedia, formally changed the name of the Company to THRIVE WORLD WIDE, INC. and registered it with the State of Nevada. Along with this change, a new CUSIP was acquired, and the new ticker symbol was applied for at FINRA on September 9, 2009 and became OTCBB: TWWI on September 28, 2009. The Company believes that it will be able to provide a unique end-to-end vertical solution that will accommodate content creation and distribution to a broad segment of the market via the Internet. The solution it is pursuing includes an embedded broadcast capture devise that can web cast audio and video presentations with optional features such as playback, scheduling, and others.
