On November 30, 2012, SemiLEDs Corporation (“SemiLEDs” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
