We are unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, our Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report for the period ended October 31, 2007 because our auditors have not yet had an opportunity to complete their review of the unaudited financial statements. It is anticipated that our Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report, along with our unaudited financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of our Form 10-QSB. |
