On April 29, 2008, Cougar Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has commenced enrolling patients in its Phase III clinical trial of the Company’s investigational drug CB7630 (abiraterone acetate). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
