The Board of Directors of the Company have terminated the relationship with their former Auditors KWCO, PA (fka Killamn, Murrelly & Company located in Odessa, TX. The have engaged the Audit firm of Gries & Associates LLC located in Denver, CO.
The Board of Directors authorized the engagement of the following legal counsel:
