Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2009, Cyalume Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2009. On May 14, 2009, the Company hosted a conference call during which the Company’s operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2009 were discussed. The Company provided stockholders with a presentation further discussing the results of operations for the first fiscal quarter. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
