On November 27, 2006, Republic Property Trust announced that it will make a presentation at the Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. 2006 Investor Conference on November 28, 2006 from 2:45 P.M. to 3:25 P.M. Eastern Time, as described in the press release filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
